New Delhi: The third Indian Premier League saw a sudden spurt in slow over rate cases with Mumbai Indian captain Sachin Tendulkar and his Delhi and Mohali counterparts Gautam Gambhir and Kumar Sangakkara incurring USD 20,000 fines each.
